ABOUT ME
As clichéd as it might be, it really is that for as long as I can remember, creativity of both myself and those around me has played a huge part in my life. From sitting on the bedroom floor with my brother furiously illustrating the characters for the next best-selling novels we were both respectively writing, to re-enacting the latest episode of Doctor Who on the playground with what I truly believed was an Oscar-worthy performance, in retrospect, it is impossible to deny that imagination and creativity have always been a key part of me.
Fast forward to today, and I am constantly striving to keep this creative spark alive in a world that seems forever determined to dull our imaginations. Whilst my inspirations are ever-evolving, a few things remain constant: My love for writing, drawing, and making others laugh. I strive to use the creative platform to bring together all of these passions into an innovative, exciting, and entertaining format. I aim to highlight the absurdities and details of our everyday lives, to question the things we so often just accept, and to keep the importance of creativity and imagination alive, all through mixed media performances verging somewhere between solo performances, storytelling, and stand-up comedy, with art and animation tastefully sprinkled in.
